Mando signs added by city to create tight fairways through park. Missing mando is 1 stroke penalty. Reshoot/retee. Can not play backwards. Must make mando to proceed. Sidewalks and over are out of bounds and 1 stroke penalty. Play where disc went OB. All pedestrian traffic and other park usage have the right of way, always. Absolutely no throwing over roads.
