I started to play disc golf in March 2020 because of the pandemic. My softball season at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh was cut short after just one tournament, and I needed something to fill the void. Oddly enough, my family used to make fun of me for how poorly I threw a frisbee, so I surprised everyone by picking up the sport so quickly. I used to have a lot of Innova in my bag, but I've recently started to lean more toward MVP with some advice from friends. Outside of disc golf, I enjoy playing softball, reading, writing, and other creative activities. I graduate from UW Oshkosh in spring 2021 with majors in Journalism and English and a minor in German. As my future is right before me, I am excited for it, and I can't wait to see how disc golf will continue to be a part of it.
